Yes, we have a 250ml sample bottle which can be purchased for €6.50 + shipping. The sample bottle can be ordered online and has no minimum order quantity.
We currently don't offer gift / presentation boxes as standard, however please email us your request and will look to provide a bespoke quote for you.

Yes, both completely normal. Over a period of time, some residue or sediment may build up at the bottom of the bottle. This is synonymous of quality and is proof that it has not been industrially filtered. Simply shake the bottle before use.
If stored in a cold place, the oil may become a little cloudy. This again is quite normal and does not alter the taste or quality of the oil. It will return to it's normal state once brought back to room temperature.
If your product has been broken or damaged during shipping, please contact us and we will offer a full refund on the items that have been damaged. We request that you send us a photo of the damaged / broken product.
In the unlikely case you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us within 2 weeks after receiving the goods and we will be happy to discuss an exchange or refund.
